Welding & Fabrication Shop

We service stabilizers by providing hard facing using 1018, Premium, or Durum; we can service Stabilizers with Blade OD's up to 30 inches.

Gulf Coast Machine currently has 9 welding machines, 3 grinders, and PTA Machine. We have the capabilities to weld 4140 and Aluminum.

Procedures are in place and have been verified for welding stabilizers, rotors, and stators.

We also have certified welders to provide fabrication of various racks, baskets, etc etc.
